3. Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user responsible for posting the content of the takedown.
• Terminate repeat infringers’ access to the website if applicable.

We may, at our discretion, provide the user with the details of the copyright claim, including the complainant’s contact information.

4. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notification must include the following information:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the specific URL or location where it was previously available.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy to terminate users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user’s account for violating copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages that may result from the removal or disabling of access to any content in response to a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification.
